GRUYERE
Inspired by the Swiss Gruyere, our cheese boasts a sweet nutty flavor that gets stronger and complex when aged longer – between 6 to 8 months.

GOUDA
The younger cheeses have a mild flavor and soft texture, the older Gouda becomes harder, dryer and has a nutty flavor.

TOMME
Inspired by the Italian Tomme, this cheese has a semi-soft texture, is mild in flavor, and has a milky aroma.

CHEDDAR
Cheddar is a cheese that has not undergone the ‘cheddaring’ process and is not aged for very long and as a result, has a mild cheddar flavor

MONTASIO
Our honey rubbed Montasio is a young cheese, soft textured, mild flavored with a hint of honey.

ZARAI
Zarai is a spice-rubbed young cheese. Developed exclusively by team Darima it has local spices and oil in the rub. It has a distinct walnut flavor with a touch of spice. It is uniquely Indian as the spices used in its creation are locally sourced.

CHILLI BOMB
Taking our Zarai recipe one step further we developed a flavor well-loved for its chili kick. Using special red chillis from Rajasthan, known for their fragrance and flavor this rarely disappoints those who like their food piccante.

The garlic in this cheese has a pungent flavor which mellows and sweetens as it ages,
the red chilies give it a unique piquancy.
